With roots in Seychelles through our mother and siblings, and years of experience in tourism through our father \u2014 who ran a hotel and worked as a tour operator \u2014 we first welcomed short\u2011term visitors. Over time, we realized that long\u2011term rentals offered a more sustainable path, one that better serves the growing need for housing in Seychelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, we remain a small, family\u2011run business. There\u2019s no big company behind us \u2014 we manage the property ourselves, and that allows us to keep standards high and respond quickly when something needs attention. We believe in offering good value, maintaining our apartments well, and keeping the rental experience straightforward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We don\u2019t aim to become a large development. Our vision is to stay small, perhaps grow modestly if the opportunity arises, but always remain focused on quality over quantity.
