Our story began in 2015, when our family built this property from scratch in St. Louis, just above Victoria. With roots in Seychelles through our mother and siblings, and years of experience in tourism through our father — who ran a hotel and worked as a tour operator — we first welcomed short‑term visitors. Over time, we realized that long‑term rentals offered a more sustainable path, one that better serves the growing need for housing in Seychelles.
Today, we remain a small, family‑run business. There’s no big company behind us — we manage the property ourselves, and that allows us to keep standards high and respond quickly when something needs attention. We believe in offering good value, maintaining our apartments well, and keeping the rental experience straightforward.
We don’t aim to become a large development. Our vision is to stay small, perhaps grow modestly if the opportunity arises, but always remain focused on quality over quantity.
